The Senior Process Engineer will have experience of subsea process projects and be able to carry out scopes to the highest standards in the following areas;Creation of P&IDs, Process Flow schemes, Cause and EffectsProcess SafeguardingHAZOP Action and Closeout,SIL/LOPA AnalysisProcess CalculationsThis will be done in-line with the Infinity business processes and procedures as detailed in the ISO9001:2015 Management System.Responsibilities & TasksKey ResponsibilitiesProvide process engineering technical support to and implementing instructions from the lead engineer.Deliver all discipline activities to cost, schedule and quality criteriaEnsure that all assigned process engineering work is carried out in accordance with project priorities and schedules as set out in the project planEnsure work is carried out in accordance with relevant codes, standards and procedures. Maintain and develop current awareness of relevant codes and standardsTake ownership of process technical queries to ensure resolution to the satisfaction of the Lead Engineer.Administer and implement company, and where applicable, client / project policies and proceduresProvide input to cost estimates and execution plansEnsure delivery of assigned aspects of discipline design, specification and procurement to cost, schedule and quality criteriaEnsure technical integrity of discipline deliverables produced on the projectPlan and maintain the discipline progress on assigned CTRsSupervision of junior discipline personnel and allocation of work as required.Keep up to date with technical developments, national and international standards and legislative requirements related to the scope of the discipline.Checking and preparation of design / engineering documentationFor assigned work ensure all interfaces to other disciplines are clearly defined and correctly engineeredMaintain and develop current awareness of relevant engineered technologyLiaise with other disciplines, departments, project personnel, vendors, clients, etc.Other DutiesAssist in the development and enhancement of processes and systems for wider use in the disciplineUndertake training of less experienced engineers, including duties as a mentorProvide technical assistance to business development strategies, activities and initiativesProvide support for enquiries, proposals and execute assigned jobs across all business streams as requiredKey Internal InterfacesPrincipal EngineersLead DesignerKey External InterfacesClient Engineers and ManagementMinimum Experience (if applicable)Previous relevant industry experienceMinimum Qualification Requirements (if applicable)A Process or Chemical Engineering Degree (BEng/BSc minimum).Company Training Requirements (if applicable)In- house training will be provided, and external courses will be utilised if/as required.Looking for your next role in the energy industry?
