Senior Process Engineer

Our client, a leading company in the Oil & Gas industry, is currently hiring a Senior Process Engineer to join their team on a full-time staff basis. As a degree-qualified chemical/process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting on major offshore and subsea Oil and Gas projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review process designs and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Conduct process simulations and analysis to optimize efficiency and productivity
Produce and review process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide technical expertise and support
Identify and resolve any design, operational, and safety issues
Conduct process hazard analysis (PHA) and participate in HAZOP reviews
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Keep abreast of latest industry trends and advancements in process engineering
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
Significant experience in process design within the Oil & Gas industry
Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II)
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
