Position: Senior Process Engineer

   My client who innovates and manufacture top electronic products to help navigational systems     for many different industries are on the hunt for a Senior Process Engineer.

Role and Responsibilities –

In this role, you will be anticipating, identifying and resolving problems within the production and test departments, providing hands-on engineering support throughout.

Other responsibilities include:

• Management and implementation of improvement projects to increase efficiency and integrate new technologies.
• Conduct real-time investigation and resolution of production build and test issues where the process has not been achieved right first time.
• Provide support to, and act as cover for the DFM Engineer; act as a representative for production on R&D projects, providing input on manufacturability, and process optimisation
• Supporting the introduction of new products into production.

Experience or Qualifications –

• Previous experience working within and production and test environment (ideally within manual processes)
• Experience of developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for maintenance procedures
• Root cause analysis experience showing proven problem solving detail
• Having been involved within Continuous Improvement developments within previous businesses
