The Senior Process Engineer role comes with a competitive salary of up to �65,000, Car allowance and generous pension.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Group Technical Director you will:
  • Assist with the growth and development of the process engineering team.
  • Lead the Process Engineering team within the technical department with:
    • Producing client deliverables
    • Ownership of business process
    • Arranging meetings for both external and internal parties
    • Leadership of process engineers
    • Delivering technical design and support
    • Report writing.
    • Design risk assessments and delivering on technical design
  • Carry out the primary design of industrial processes and systems for both internal and external clients
  • Develop and manage both major and minor project works relating to the process engineering activities
  • Ensure all new and existing installations and applications are aligned to the safety standards and customer needs
  • Perform quality data analysis for performance
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
  • Degree qualified in a process engineer or other relevant field
  • Proven experience within process safety, functional safety and HAZOP
  • Proven experience with team management and mentoring
  • A working understanding of mechanical and structure design
Personal skills
The Senior Process Engineer role would suit someone who is:
  • Excellent with problem solving and resolving technical issues.
  • Strong with both written and verbal communication
  • Willing to travel across the UK to various site facilities.
