The position
We are looking to hire a skilled process engineer to join the Operations Team. As a process engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, optimising current processes, and maintaining process documents. Ultimately, your job is to maintain the efficiency of production of the Mariner Field. To ensure success you should have extensive experience in process design, excellent technical skills, and high-level analytical skills. A proven engineer with demonstratable experience in analysing process systems and implementing simple yet effective changes to optimise production.
By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:
Monitor plant performance , o ptimisation and debottlenecking to m aximise production efficiency.
Implement modifications to reduce costs and improve production rates.
Perform risk assessments and b e an Operations focal point for ORA's and Process Safety.
Ensur e processes co mply with s afety and quality standards.
Perform process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
Develop routines and best practice instructions.
Develop s tandardis ed operating instructions.
You

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process/Chemical engineering or relevant related degree .
Proven UK North Sea experience as a Process Engineer and a bility to manage operations projects.
Experience with Process simulations and standard operating procedures.
High-level knowledge of Process Engineering principles and the ability to perform first principle calculations.
Advanced technical and problem solving skills and analytical mindset.
Experience with the following software packages benefitial - HYSYS, PIPESIM, OLGA PROSPER.
Occasional trips offshore required.
