As a Project Engineer in Process Engineering, you will accompany our national and international large-scale projects in electrolysis and thus make a major contribution to the energy transition. Become a part of #TeamRWE and let us tackle the challenges of the future together by fulfilling the following tasks, among others:
You will use your expertise in process engineering to successfully advance projects in the fields of electrolysis and Power-2-X, in particular in the UK, the Netherlands and Germany.
Preparation of feasibility studies - also for research and development projects.
Management of contractors in terms of scope, budget and deadlines.
Supporting the future development of electrolysis projects, in all different areas and colours of hydrogen.
Preparation of specifications for plants and systems as well as due diligence.
Review of existing plants including solution development.
Concept development, design planning and procurement of plants and systems in the field of electrolysis.
Your profile:
University degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, energy technology, chemical engineering or similar.
At least five years of professional experience in operations, maintenance, challenging projects with plant manufacturers or in the power generation sector.
Experience in tendering and processing power plant components.
Experience in project management and order management.
Strong communication skills as well as persuasiveness and drive.
Business fluent in English.
Advantageous, but not a must:
Experience in water treatment, flue gas cleaning, or CCUS.
German or Dutch language skills.
Willingness to travel at home and abroad.
