Key Responsibilities for the Process Development Chemist:

• Analyse and interpret data to optimize synthetic processes and improve compound properties.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project goals and timelines.
• Stay current with literature and emerging trends in synthetic organic chemistry.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Medicinal, Synthetic or Chemistry or related field
• Proven expertise in designing and executing complex synthetic routes.
• Proficiency in using analytical techniques for compound characterization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot synthetic challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
