Job DescriptionSenior Private PA to FamilyLondon, WestVB16310£80,000 - £100,000 + benefitsA private family is looking for an extremely capable Senior Private PA who is going to be reliable, flexible, and able to oversee the smooth running of a busy household. The role is mainly based in West London but short haul travel is sometimes required - the perfect candidate will therefore have a flexible approach. This is a really exciting opportunity for the right person with exciting projects to get involved in, including but not limited to a very large-scale house renovation! I am looking for someone bright, with heaps of gravitas looking for their next big challenge.Key for this role is someone who has worked in a Senior Private PA role, is use to managing multiple properties and overseeing staff.Maintain a complex calendar and numerous competing priorities through a detailed understanding of the principle’s diaryAnticipating upcoming events and ensuring the smooth running of the household accordinglyManage the coordination and logistics of meetings and events.Capture tasks and actions, scheduling and documentation of tasks, and management of deadlines.Enable effective communication across the household staffManagement of all domestic and international travel for the principlesStaff management to include recruitment and reviews.Property ManagementUndertake ad-hoc tasks as and when required.Bain and Gray is an equal opportunities employer.
