Creation of new portfolio mandates with primary focus on DPM and Managed Advisory.To be a key role model and mentor to support the Private Banking Team DevelopmentEnsure that you adhere to and drive a culture that treats clients fairly that focuses on long term sustainability of client relationshipsSummary Of ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed several individual and team-based financial targets, including income, AUM/NNMA and return on AUMsKnowledge of markets, products and advice (investment management, wealth planning, banking, credit, and capital markets)Strong knowledge and discipline relating to risk management, compliance, AML and regulatory proceduresEnsure that all regulatory training and testing is completed in a timely mannerBusiness development focus to develop new client relationships through relationship management with key business introducers and existing client base to maximise further opportunitiesActively involved in developing and maintaining client relationships, both individually and as part of a teamAct as a role model, providing coaching and guidance to less experienced bankers and assistantsProfile requiredIn-depth product knowledge and excellent sales and relationship management skillsStrong Business Development acumenCISI Level 4 (or equivalent) Manages and targets clients and key relationshipsAdvising experience across a broad range of products and servicesKnowledge of regulations applying to the bank, its staff and our clientsClient development and retention capabilitiesStrong commercial acumenTeam orientated & collaborative approachExercise good judgement skills to prevent fraud and raise alerts as necessaryWhy join us?People join for the impact they can have on us.
