Senior / Principal IT Service Architect Our client is a technology consulting firm, due to rapid growth plans, they are looking for an IT Service Architect. The architecture practice houses a network of industry-leading professionals. As a practice, they deliver complex transformations, seamless cloud migrations and enterprise architecture definitions and management. This is a senior role in which you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, design and seamless integration phases of the IT service lifecycle, ensuring perfect harmony between IT solutions and business objectives for clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT service, leading service management architecture designs and integration contributing to end-to-end business solutions. Responsibilities of IT Service Architect: Lead strategically and effectively to champion the vision and goals of IT Services, guiding IT partners through the Service Delivery process. Ensure that the activities of IT providers accurately reflect the Technology Strategy.Architect designs - end-to-end IT Service Management solutions leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities.Collaborating with the Service Integrator to optimise both current and future service designs.Take charge of discussions and joint governance forums involving IT Partners and various departments to oversee the delivery of technology services and pinpoint areas for improvement Ensure the implementation of service integration processes, policies, and governance. Additionally, design changes to current workflows as needed.Collaborate with technical teams including engineers and developers to develop and implement solutions Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT services, spanning from design to retirement. This entails monitoring service performance, identifying and addressing issues, and implementing improvements Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in IT Service Management and ServiceNow platform capabilities, continuously enhancing expertise and driving innovation.Serve as the liaison between the IT team and the business, which involves engaging with business stakeholders, comprehending their requirements, and advocating for the IT team's viewpoint.Offer technical leadership and direction to the IT team, which includes coaching junior engineers, assessing technical designs, and offering guidance on technical matters.Current experience the IT Service Architect will have: Extensive level of experience in IT service architecture design Comprehensive experience with ServiceNow and monitoring tools A proven track record ensuring IT projects are defined, designed and delivered within an ITIL framework in a SIAM model or in-house service delivery model.Experience in the development of Service Designs and Service ArchitectureExperience in Service Management and Supplier Management in the Technology sector
