You would become an integral part of a small but growing consultancy, working directly with the Directors and our existing consultants. Day to day, you would be leading our ecology business, managing projects and the ecology team, as well as costing and tendering for work.This role would provide you with an opportunity to manage a wide variety of projects and develop skills in all aspects of consultancy including both project and business development as well as staff management. We would like to offer you the chance to help shape the future of our company as well as your own career.What we are looking forWe’re looking for a skilled and experienced ecologist who can help us deliver our vision by helping to lead and grow our ecology team. Ecology is a core component of our business, providing support predominantly within the UK planning and development sector, whilst embracing emerging drivers including nature-based solutions, natural capital accounting and biodiversity net gain.We would like you to have experience in ecological impact assessment and ideally hold one or more protected species licence and/or have a specific area of ecological expertise.
