A leading development and construction consultancy are seeking a Senior Principal Designer/CDM Advisor to join their expanding team.

They are a recognised leader in their sector, offering a comprehensive range of health and safety services and manage construction projects.

The successful Senior Principal Designer/CDM Advisor will be joining an organisation who tailor their services to specifically meet their clients needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

About the role:

The successful Senior Principal Designer/CDM Advisor will be responsible for:

• Carrying out inspections during construction phase


• Setting up design risk strategies and objectives


• Visiting sites and carrying out initial appraisals to establish site restrictions


• Establish overall design direction and vision for all projects


• Promoting continuous development and improvement
