A well established, professional Property Consultancy is actively recruiting a Senior Principal Designer in Bristol.THE COMPANY The client specialises in Residential/ Mix Use projects within both public and private sector and has strong relationships with a number of local authorities, developers and housebuilders. THE ROLEThis will be a client-facing role and you will carry out duties in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA), working with Housing Association and Local Authority clients.
