Senior Pricing Manager

Bumble is looking for an ambitious Senior Pricing Manager to own the pricing architecture for the Bumble and Badoo apps. The role will be key in ensuring the prices of our subscription and consumables are aligned to the value users are
receiving. This
role will be based in London, UK and reports to the Pricing Lead.
What You'll DoDefine and execute the economy management strategy across Bumble and BadooOwn the pricing of in-app currencies and consumable and contribute to the cross-functional unit to build the pricing strategy during the user lifecycle Build a framework for supporting the value definition of new productsClosely collaborate with Finance, Product, Marketing, Payments and Billing, Legal and Engineering teams to ensure excellent process and executionCollaborate with user research and comms to build deep customer understanding and communication strategies for pricing optimisationsA/B test setup, monitoring and understanding of resultsAbout You5+ years in a comparable role, with a proven track record of successfully driving value through implementing successful pricing initiatives, ideally including subscriptionsAbility to extract actionable insights from data and researchGood understanding of pricing strategies, modelling processes and risk managementExperience with setting up and interpreting A/B testsGood understanding of behavioural science, nudging and value based pricing You have a positive and committed attitude, with a flexible approachYou have excellent time management and you know how to manage multiple priorities, breaking large projects into manageable piecesYou have great communication skills, both verbal and writtenDeeply passionate about Bumble’s brand vision and valuesExperience in the Gaming or Dating industryExperience pricing for subscriptions/virtual goodsKnowledge of modelling and algorithmsExperience working with Product and Data Science teams
