THE ROLE
The Commercial function at FARFETCH manages supply and pricing on the FARFETCH marketplace in order to drive profitable growth.
Working across the business we deliver at-scale commercial programmes which drive benefits for FARFETCH, our customers, and our partners.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will conduct commercial analysis, working with colleagues from Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Data Science to bring your strategic recommendations to life.
The Senior Pricing Analyst will help scope out and drive projects that support the development of the overall pricing strategy globally as well as within key markets
WHAT YOU’LL DOProduce relevant action-driven insights to be shared with the teams to drive business strategy, exploring opportunities to optimise pricing on FarfetchDevelop tools, processes and reports (working with our BI team) to analyse our pricing position across markets and proactively identify and take action on risks and opportunitiesScope, manage and execute end-to-end projects to improve our price position, with the support of key stakeholders in the businessYou will be the business partner to a large spectrum of key stakeholders from the business, in and out of the Commercial teamWork with the Brand Partnership, Business Development and Account Management teams to influence the pricing strategy of our partnersWork with the Data Science team to further develop our in-house pricing algorithm, supporting them in launching new features and experimentsWork with Merchandising team to transform insight into merchandising decisionsWork with Finance team to validate your forecasts and ensure the business is driving in the right direction with the right targetWork with the Product and Engineering teams to develop and implement a roadmap of features which will support our Partners to effectively manage their pricing on the platformParticipate in broader commercial projects to answer questions shedding light on product and partner performancesWHO ARE YOUExperience in Analytics, e-Commerce or ConsultingTechnical skills for processing and analysing large amounts of data: Excel (advanced) and SQL (required)Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailStrategic thinker with an emphasis on operational and commercial excellenceAbility to influence change in senior stakeholdersYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills(Desirable) Understanding the fashion and luxury industry is a plus!REWARDS AND BENEFITSFlexible Benefits ProgramHealth Insurance & Critical Illness coverFlexible work environmentEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENTFarfetch is committed to being an inclusive workplace where diversity in all its forms is celebrated.
