Senior Pre-Construction Manager - East AngliaMy Client are a Tier one contractor who are looking for a Senior Pre-Construction Manager and a Pre-Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of projects are managed up until a competitive proposal is delivered to the customers across the East Anglia region.As the Senior Pre-Construction Manager your duties will include;Daily Duties:Accurately forecasting award dates and valuesEstablish and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholdersWorking with Senior Management to ensure profitable orders are won in line with business targetsThe ideal Senior Pre-Construction Manager will be competent and have experience in;Experience Required:Professional qualification/membership - RICS/CIOB/RIBA/ICE/MICE/MIStructEProven experience managing Pre-Construction project phases in a Build or Civil Engineering businessStrong understanding of bid writing, design and project planningIf successful, Senior Pre-Construction Manager will receive;Salary & Benefits70-80,000 basic salary per annumHybrid working (3/2)Car AllowancePrivate Healthcare
