Salary: £42 917 - £49 133 per annum (pro rata - only if part time)
Grade F
Permanent
18.5 Hours per Week
We are seeking a committed individual to join us as Senior Practitioner - Social Worker in our Preparing for Adulthood Team. This is a part time role, and we are looking for a qualified social worker with experience in Adult Social Care to join this highly skilled and committed team. You will be working with Young Adults with various learning disabilities and impairments.
You will work closely with colleagues in other departments, and agencies to meet the care and support needs, and outcomes for our young adults.You will become part of a stable, award-winning team, where we provide the opportunity for you to grow and develop and join a very innovative and supportive service. You will need to be an excellent communicator and able to work alongside colleagues in Children Services, Health, Education and Voluntary organisations.
