Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this individual will be an integral part of our EMEA Marketing Team, based in our regional Head Office in London and working jointly with our cross-functional Global Marketing Teams, based in Columbus, Ohio.
This job is located at our Regional Head Office in London, England.
What Will You Be Doing?
Responsible for supporting the growth our Abercrombie and Hollister PR network focusing on new and emerging activations/platforms while still maintaining the integrity of each brand's respective DNA
Support the development of an Editorial Affiliate network for each brand that brings to life like-minded partners and drives strong affiliate results and placements for our product
Identify new areas of opportunity for forming new partnerships, PR relationships and activations in efforts to grow brand affinity and increase awareness of our brands' product and purpose initiatives
Support the team in retaining its position as being an industry leader in social selling-testing, learning and utilizing proven strategies to ensure all partner campaigns are innovative and drive results
Collaborate with multiple external and internal partners to execute all PR and Editorial Affiliate activations
Support cross-functional teams in amplifying performance for areas of PR and Affiliate Editorials opportunity across the business (Women's and Men's)
Collaborate with Product Strategy teams for product delivery/gifting consistent with merchandising priorities
Integrate PR and Editorial program plans and deliverables into existing cross-functional processes
Accomplish clear program performance goals and reporting, including weekly, monthly, seasonal, and status/hindsight deliverables for Marketing milestones
Accurately deliver against established annual budget with ownership of the PR and Editorial Affiliates budget
Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to ensure the brands stay at the forefront of PR & Editorial marketing
What Do You Need To Bring?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Affiliates, Advertising or related field
3+ years of experience in Marketing, PR or Affiliate program management preferably for large lifestyle / fashion brands
Proven track record of identifying new trends and opportunities at the forefront of PR and Editorials
Demonstrated understanding of Millennial and Gen-Z consumers of all genders
Demonstrated understanding of retail product landscape and key calendar moments in industry
Experience managing an external agency vendor/partner and an independent budget
High level of critical thinking ability and curiosity, particularly in balancing multiple projects and priorities
Very strong project management skills (including timeline development/management, budget)
Strong relationship development/management and written/verbal communication skills
Superb presentation skills and comfortable ideating/presenting ideas with all levels of an organization (up to/including C-level)
