Senior PR & Communications Executive (12 month FTC)Department: MarketingLocation: London - UKWe're looking for a Senior PR and Communications Executive to join us on a 12 month FTC to support our PR & Talent Manager on leading and overseeing the Global PR & Communications strategy, in the UK, US & EU. This is a rare opportunity to join the boohooMAN team based in London!What you'll be doingSupport the PR & Talent Manager on all global press and collaborations – maintaining brand image and driving positive exposureCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance positive public perceptionGlobal PR strategy ideation and developmentSupport on Global VIP events and Press brand activations. Including trips, product launches, and collaborations; including managing guest lists, RSVPs, and event logistics etc.Monitor, analyse and evolve media coverage and positive brand sentimentStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to inform strategic decision-making and innovative ideasLead on weekly marketing calls from a PR POV. Representing your teamWeekly/monthly reporting and trackingBudget management. Raising, negotiating and tracking paymentsBe the main point of contact for all external press agenciesCompile all boohooMAN press releases and manage press outreach – product placement, pitching and relationship developmentLead with weekly press mailers and gallery pitchingDevelop, manage and maintain Press/Influencer + VIP relationships and giftingSupport the PR & Talent Manager on VIP talent partnerships and collaborations.Working with usTo succeed here, you have to love working at pace. We’re passionate, agile, creative and one team.More about youPrevious experience in a Senior/Executive PR level role in the fashion industryDemonstrate a strong interest and experience in online fashion retail, ideally in the fast fashion sector.Confident in leading and presentation calls.
