Role
One of our ventures is a dedicated and analytical Senior PPC Manager to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, this role will take a lead on and scale our current PPC operations. The Senior PPC Manager will oversee all aspects of the PPC campaigns, focusing on optimizing and expanding their reach in the crypto market to drive effective results and achieve strategic business objectives.
Key accountabilities
Design and implement PPC strategies across multiple platforms tailored to the crypto market to maximize conversions and visibility.
Allocate and manage substantial advertising budgets, ensuring optimal spend for maximum ROI.
Continuously analyse performance metrics, adjusting campaigns through A/B testing, keyword management, and bid strategies to enhance results.
Generate detailed performance reports for key stakeholders, offering insights and strategic recommendations.
Conduct thorough competitive analysis to better understand market dynamics and leverage new opportunities for campaign improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience as a PPC Manager or similar role, preferably within the crypto, forex, or affiliate marketing sectors.
In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to effectively interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate the unique challenges of the crypto industry.
Experience in handling substantial advertising budgets and optimizing spend to achieve strategic objectives.
Leadership qualities to eventually manage and guide a team, even potentially from scratch, as the company grows.
