We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and Paid Social Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising paid search and social media advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive results while managing multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive PPC and paid social media strategies to achieve client objectives.
Manage all aspects of paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance tracking.
Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Monitor and adjust budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic recommendations for campaign success.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PPC and paid social advertising.
Lead client communication and reporting, providing regular updates on campaign performance and insights.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the team, fostering their professional development.
Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives, targeting criteria, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and the SEO team, to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience managing PPC and paid social media campaigns, with a focus on driving results for clients - at least two years experience.
Strong expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads
Experience in LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, Pinterest is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, and/or strong growth mindset.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making and optimise campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Google Ads certification and other relevant industry certifications are a plus.
Experience with bid management tools, analytics platforms, and other digital marketing tools/software.
A passion for staying at the forefront of digital advertising trends and technologies.
Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
