Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Power Platform DeveloperLocation: Hybrid Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum plus benefitsType: Full-Time, PermanentThe Role:We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Power Platform Developer to join a dynamic and growing Microsoft Gold Partner. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing solutions that leverage the capabilities of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and translate these into impactful applications that drive efficiency and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement high-quality solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.• Lead projects and provide guidance to junior developers, ensuring best practices in design and coding standards.• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver bespoke solutions.• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and use of the solutions developed.• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the Power Platform and related technologies.Requirements:• 3+ Year’s proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role.• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.• Leadership experience and qualities • Experience with integrating to technologies such as SQL and D365• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400) are highly desirable.Benefits:• Flexible working options • Competitive salary• Private health care• Pension • Inclusive work culture which promotes growth and progression If interested, they are hiring quickly so don’t miss out- #####
