Senior Policy Officer

We are looking for a Senior Policy Officer who, in effect, will be the Campaign’s Deputy Director. You will be involved in all aspects of the Campaign’s work.You will work remotely initially with some face-to-face meetings in London. You must be able work from a London office in futureMain Responsibilities:• Assist in developing strategy and other key aspects of the Campaign’s work• Conduct and oversee research into FOI topics• Monitor FOI developments and decisions of the Information Commissioner and tribunal• Assist in drafting amendments to relevant legislation• Help publicise the Campaign’s work via social media and the Campaign’s website• Promote the Campaign’s work to the written and broadcast media• Advise requesters and contribute to training coursesWe work with a range of clients in the charity and non-profit sector:
