Capita Pensions Solutions are looking for a Senior PMO Analyst to be responsible for providing project management office (PMO) support to the organisation. This includes developing and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring that project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Providing guidance and support to project teams and ensuring that project governance is adhered to. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining project management processes and procedures and providing training and guidance to project teams.The role is on a 12 months fixed term contract.Job title:Senior PMO AnalystJob Description:What will you be doing?Programme & Project Management – Lead and manage a team of PMO analysts to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Develop and maintain project management processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and standards. Manage stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring effective communication channels are established and maintained.Governance – Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, policies, and standards.Planning & Scheduling – Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting issues and risks and proposing solutions.Resource Management – Provide training and coaching to project managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver successful projects.Risk & Issue Management - Provide guidance and support to project managers in risk managementBudget / Benefits Management – Provide guidance and support to project managers in project planning, scheduling, budgetingChange Control – Support the development of business cases and project proposals, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and goals.P30 Delivery Support and Management – Develop and maintain project management tools and templates, ensuring consistency across projects and teams.Delivery Assurance – Facilitate project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement.Who are we looking for?Proven experience in project management, with a focus on PMO functions.Experience in developing and implementing project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.Strong understanding of project management principles, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, and quality management.Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.What can we offer you?We believe in offering flexible working solutions that suit your needs, whether that’s from home, from your nearest Capita office, or a blend of both but with an expectation to travel as and where business requires.What we hope you will do nextChoose ‘Apply now’ to fill out our short application, so that we can find out more about you. We’re an equal opportunity and Disability Confident employer, which means we recruit and develop people based on their merit and passion.
