As a Senior Research Executive, you will have established the foundations of what it means to work in a strategy team, know where you can contribute to the overall strategy for client brands and ultimately improve the quality of the agency's outputs
Job Description :
You will be expected to have increasing autonomy on putting into practice the skills and tools you have gained but also develop a thirst to continue to learn from everything you do and the people around you that you work with.What you can expect to be doing:Have a refined understanding of brands and their role in marketing communicationsBe able to recognise and articulate why different brands behave as they doDemonstrate a clear understanding of key competitors, category dynamics as well as drivers / inhibitors of brand growthHave a secure understanding of the benefits of the brands we work on, the science behind them, the brand’s positioning and what this means in terms of guiding decision makingHave a clear understanding of the key stakeholders involved in the therapy areas on which you workSupport in client meetings, pitch preparation, workshops and communications where appropriateDevelop a thorough understanding of the categories you work in and proactively advise the team as to developmentsRecognise where research is needed, define how the information gaps will be filled and draft the objectives for primary researchPossess a thorough understanding of all client research and the key stakeholders involved in the therapy areas on which you workWhat we’d like to see from you:Previous experience in a research role or strategy planning 'Agency experienceA passion for brand planningWhat you can expect from usA supportive and challenging environment in which you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact that matters.
