Senior Planner

Our client who is a multidisciplinary consultancy with global reach, requires a senior planner with solid claims/ change expertise to join their business and continue to improve their growing portfolio. The sectors they focus on encompasses major infrastructure and engineering programmes.

The successful candidate with have demonstrable knowledge in either claims and forensic planning, or good knowledge of working with change management under the NEC3/4 form of contract. Candidates will need previous major projects expertise.

Requirements for the role:

* Forensic analysis of tender, contract and claims documentation/ or NEC3/4 change experience, in construction planning.

* The ability to prepare, assess and interrogate construction programmes using software package such as MS Project and Primavera P6.

* Expertise in writing reports, setting out process, conclusions/ recommendations.

* Experience in forms of contract such as JCT/ NEC/ FIDIC.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.

* Industry expertise including projects from infrastructure, civil engineering or heavy engineering.

Salary £65-90K, depending on expertise.
