Are you a Senior Planner looking for an opportunity to join a market leading tier 1 contractor on a high end development in Leeds?Due to several brand new contract awards for student accommodation, high-rise residential developments and care & retirement living projects, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner to take the planning lead. You will be working alongside knowledgeable, professional and supportive construction professionals who will provide you with the environment in which you can thrive and progress your career.You will be joining a highly regarded regional contractor specialising on providing a solutions-focused approach to developing, constructing, and operating large accommodation-based schemes. This covers residential, student accommodation, and care & retirement living apartments. Duties included but not limitedPlanners are a valuable part of my clients business, the focus of this role is to provide an effective and professional planning and programming services for pre-contract and project teams.As our Senior Planner you will:Instigate and monitor a balanced suite of performance measurement criteria throughout a project's life cycleEnsure proper integration of design and procurement elements of programmes with constructionProduce integrated tender programme and method statement and present proposals to settlement meetingChange management: review programme effect of changes and advise on EOT issuesProduce schedules as well as obtain and analyse quotes for all time-related preliminaries Benefits Competitive salary £50,000 - £60,000 & bonusFlexible workingCar Allowance / Company CarExtensive corporate benefits including, Private Medical, Pension 8% employer's contribution, Health and Wellness programme, 26 days holidays + bank holidays and much more…One of the best learning and development programmes which is customizable to support your career progression goals.Industry leading family leave benefits to included 26 weeks fully paid maternity, 8 weeks fully paid paternity.
