Whether it's cozy rural housing projects or awe-inspiring urban high-rises, our dedicated teams excel in planning, designing, and executing them to perfection.The RoleDuties of the Senior Planner can include but are not limited to:Promoting large to medium scale residential, mixed-use, employment and other developments (both brownfield and greenfield) through the Local Development Framework and then by coordinating subsequent planning applicationsConducting research and site appraisals on projects for our client basePreparation, submission, and negotiation of planning applications of all sizes/types.Preparation of planning and Statements of Community EngagementLodging appeals and potentially appearing at Informal HearingsDevelop client relationships and generate workFurther raising the team profile and Business Development across the Midlands regionCo-ordination of internal and external project teams and project management/QARequired SkillsMRTPI qualifiedHave strong planning experience, including residential experience, preferably in consultancyHave excellent organisational and project management skillsHave strong communication skills, both written and oralUsed to working with minimal supervision and have a strong ability to use their own initiativeAre capable of managing a wide and complex workloadAre personable and a strong team playerYour Reward£32,000 - £40,000 basic salary (DOE)Car allowanceDiscretionary bonusHybrid workingEnhanced pension schemeBenefits package: Salary Sacrifice, cycle to work etcBuy and sell leave daysAll your information is strictly confidential, you have no obligation to proceed at any point during the process.
