Senior Planner

An organised and experienced Senior Planner is now needed to join the planning team of an award-winning Fit Out contractor in North London.

The Senior Planner will be offered Hybrid working (currently 3and2 split)

The Senior Planner role

The successful Senior Planner will immediately be working with the Pre & Post Construction teams, who operate within the High End Commercial, Hotels and Residential sectors.

Current projects range between £600K - £10M, consisting of fit outs, refurbishments, and interior upgrades.

The Senior Planner will need to show evidence they can oversee staged programmes milestones and progress monitoring.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Senior Planner should have a strong eye for detail.

The Senior Planner

• 5+ years as a Planner
• Good use of ASTA
• Would be beneficial to have worked for a Fit out contractor
• Has dealt with Fit Out projects
• Have a technical / on site background (not essential)
• Would be beneficial to have worked in Commercial, Hotel or Residential
• Show evidence of working on high end/quality projects
• Highly organised
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach
