Senior Planner

Our client is a well established (major) building contractor that operates from a base in the Cardiff�area, covering the South Wales regions in its entirety. They carry out a range of building and refurbishment projects typically up to �200�million in value.
Due to expansion of the regional office and the award of a very prestigious and high profile building project in Cardiff,� they have approached us with the requirement to recruit an experienced Construction Planner to join their team.
Involed primarily in the delivery of lthe scheme, you will work closely with a very experienced project team. The projects starts in Q2 and you wwill be heavily involved from the very start. The project is in excess of �200 million in value.�
Your role will involve carrying out a full planning function from pre tender stage through to handover. This will include Producing linked tender and construction programmes from quantities, method statements, identifying Key Performance Indicators, site logistics, compiling and contributing to submission documents.
Candidates will have a strong main contracting background as a Planner, and reside within commutable distance of the Cardiff area.�
