Senior Planner (Vehicle Programmes)

to join our highly skilled and dynamic Vehicle Line team. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Guildford, Bicester or Warwickshire.

With its rapid growth trajectory and dynamic nature, Forseven offers you an exceptional platform to help drive strategy as we expand into new horizons.What's the opportunity Reporting to the Vehicle Programme Manager, You will play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of Vehicle Programmes through the development and management of end-to-end Product Delivery Plans.
What you will do
• Building strong relationships with functional Project Management teams to develop plans that deliver to programme timelines.• Updating the schedule, analysing and reporting on critical path and resolving timing disconnects with stakeholders as they arise.
• Developing and managing schedules using appropriate planning software
• Integrating different workstreams across different teams and ensure they support overall programme timing
• Liaising with delivery teams to monitor progress against plan
• Identifying and analysing critical path to help guide the delivery and programme team
• Identifying risks to on-time delivery and work with stakeholders to create contingencies/mitigation
• Preparing reports to support management reviews.
• Work closely with the Planning Manager to support continuous improvement of delivery performance metrics and reporting
• Establishing strong inter-plan dependencies with active management and engagement.
• Tracking and reporting to support budget workstreams with functional Heads of Departments and Finance.
• Leading change management impact assessment for timing delivery and resource.
Who you are
• Experience in the automotive industry and understanding of a typical end-to-end vehicle product delivery process
• Confident schedule management skills and experience using automated scheduling software
• Strong Project Management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to allow you to challenge plans and facilitate resolution of timing disconnects
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment
