Senior Planner to Associate Planner (EIA), London

Are you a Town Planner looking for that new challenge or the opportunity to accelerate your career in a collaborative team, with a very healthy pipeline of renewable projects in the infrastructure sector?I am working closely with a well-established national consultancy in London, looking for a Town Planner to join at Senior to Associate level.With an increasing pipeline of work, although preferred you will not be required to bring business for the role and will be offered great exposure to an enviable roster of clients to further your development.This close-knit team have delivered on flagship projects across the country with a reputation for maintaining standards of excellence.You will be involved in (among other responsibilities):Leading on DCO projects, assisting in delegating and starting to take on leadership roleContinuing to maintain relationships with clients in providing accurate advice and communicating effectivelyDealing with pre-apps and manage planning applications through the development processCommunicating and negotiating with clients, stakeholders and local regularlyBusiness development and working up your own client base, or bringing your ownAttending meetings for Planning Committee, Consultations and similar events in representation of both the Company and clients through the planning processMentoring and helping to manage junior team membersYou will ideally:Have at least five years within planning - ideally in consultancyHave experience consulting preparing and producing EIAStrong development management skillset and expertiseBe MRTPI or equivalentBe a strong communicator with excellent written workA track record of working within planning within LondonIn reward for the hard work, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as ongoing training and being part of an excellent team and company to progress you in your career - where hours you work are not as important as the quality of output in what you do!Please apply here or give me (Tom) a call to discuss on (07897 074 637).
