As well as technical competence we require our entire workforce to hold certain behavioural standards which are entrenched within our vision and values.Key AccountabilitiesSummaryWe are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Pipeline Engineer with suitable experience, certification, and qualifications to work on a range of scopes across the contracts IMRANDD are executing. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver integrity management services to the client as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective execution of pipeline engineering for specified offshore installations.Responsible for the development, application, and management of risk-based inspection strategies for pipeline systems onboard offshore oil/gas assets. Generate and compile pipeline integrity strategies and procedures.Define inspection requirements / work scopes for pipeline systems.Prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations detailing engineering analyses, findings, and recommendations.Perform defect assessments, fitness for service and remaining life assessments, as part of the anomaly management process. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycle.Support the Integrity Team Lead in the delivery of contract and services to the client. This includes providing the Team Lead with ongoing feedback about the progress of work scopes, and identification of possible areas of improvement.Prepare WSEs for the topside pipeline sections as designated in PSR.Prepare annual subsea inspection scope for risers, pipelines and structures.Review inspection reports for both topside and subsea – this will include assessment freespans, buckling, on-bottom stability, trawl damage, etc.Review and update RBIs.Be familiar with PSR Pipeline Safety Regulations.Provide technical support to internal teams on pipeline engineering matters, including risk-based inspection management, troubleshooting and problem-solving.Work in coordination with the Integrity Team Lead, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.Develop strong internal relationships with your team to ensure excellence in delivery for the client.Collaborate closely with the client to understand project requirements, address concerns, and ensure that the deliverables meet expectations.Take a lead in the management of relevant client queries and ensure smooth end-to-end communication.Liaise with the client to develop procedures and build a professional working relationship.Liaise with the client to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.Essential Skills, Qualifications & Technical CompetenciesMinimum 5 years’ experience in Pipeline Engineering within the O&G Industry.B.Eng. in relevant discipline, such as Pipeline, Mechanical etc. Chartered engineer status desirable. A solid understanding of core engineering principles and analysis techniques.Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy industry, in a role which had a primary technical function requiring the provision of integrity management services (preferably with oil/gas terminals, platforms or pipeline systems).Demonstrated understanding of prevailing practices, related legislation, and codes and standards.Demonstrated understanding of inspection requirements and NDE methods relevant to pipeline inspection.Current BOSIET, MIST, OGUK Medical Certificate (preferred).Experience in dealing with regulatory and classification bodies.Behavioural StandardsCommunicationAbility to interface with internal and external stakeholders including clients.Prepared to speak up when necessary and appropriate.Demonstrate a respect for others within all situations.InnovationOpen minded approach to conducting business and focused on providing innovative solutions to problems.Comfortable trying new things and thinking in different ways.Excellence & DeliverySelf-starting problem solver.Adaptable and prepared to take on different roles and tasks within the business.Collaborative working style.Ability to integrate and positively contribute to the Quality Management System.ConscientiousnessAttention to detail with a focus in quality delivery.Awareness of own behaviours impact on others.Understanding of how the role delivers value within the wider business and to clients.
