LuxDeco is a luxury online marketplace, and we are transforming how people around the world shop for luxury furniture and homeware.Hailed as ‘the Net-A-Porter of interiors’ by The Financial Times and The Daily Telegraph, our platform provides the technology, logistics and expertise to allow 350+ of the world’s finest interior brands and artisans to be shopped online by luxury consumers and design professionals worldwide.We have an ambitious mission to deliver value to the entire design ecosystem by creating the most effortless end-to-end shopping experience for interiors on the planet.Role Summary:Reporting to the E-commerce Director, the Senior Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, CRM retention, managing and optimising marketing channels, budgeting and forecasting as well as performance analysis and reporting.Managing a combination of internal teams, external agencies and freelancers, this individual must be great at goal setting and performance management, building a clear data and KPI-driven plan and ensuring all channels perform against target through constant optimisation, campaign enhancement and review.This job requires excellent communication, leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, data analytics, and customer behaviour.Key Responsibilities and Duties:Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies. Paid Channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates) and Owned Channels (SEO, Email Marketing, Direct Mail)Budgeting and forecasting. You will need to develop and manage a marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and forecast the impact of marketing campaigns on revenue growth.Performance analysis and reporting. You will need to analyse campaign performance and report on core KPI’s to stakeholders across the organisation in weekly trade review meetings, ensuring that all campaigns are delivering the desired results.Collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will need to work closely with other departments, such as creative, buying, e-commerce and finance, to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals, contributing to the trading and marketing calendars.Required Skillset:Technical skills and platform expertise:Proven track record of delivering growth and spend optimisation.Understanding the digital landscape, marketing trends, technologies and best practice.Knowledge or expertise in the following platforms;Analytical and data-driven mindset:Excellent analytics skills and ability to manipulate and interpret complex datasets.Knowledge of digital funnel and core channel performance indicator metrics.Understanding of performance channel overlap, ROI and attribution techniques.Ability to interpret trends and patterns in customer behaviour and adjust strategy to optimise.Ability to use GA4 and other digital performance analytics tools to a high standard.Strong communication and leadership abilities:Able to clearly communicate strategy and performance to leadership-level stakeholders.Experience coaching and developing team members.Able to work with multiple agencies and lead on strategy vision and execution.Project Management and Organisation:Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Manage deadlines, budgets and resources to deliver on time.Qualifications and Experience:A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-brand retail environment.About You:Aesthete: Your attention to detail is flawless, ensuring any creative assets and written communication are delivered to the highest possible level.Customer-obsessed: You are a self-starter who is passionate about the customer, the service and their experience, inspiring a seamless journey from social post to checkout.Entrepreneur: You thrive in a fast-paced and varied working environment and are adept at problem-solving.
