About the team:
The People Operations team designs and strategically executes programs in alignment with business goals. Programs fuel motivated and productive team members that are appreciated and rewarded for their contributions, driving Goodnotes to ever greater success.
About the role:
This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:
Audit, design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization’s goals.
Conduct in-depth analysis & validation of market salary surveys and benchmarking data to ensure alignment with the industry standards.
Manage and develop employee benefits like health insurance, health and wellness, home office, visit global office program etc.
Perform regular audits to ensure program accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Improve and support the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
Work closely with Data, Finance, Legal, Talent and People Operations teams
The skills you will need to be successful in the above:
Must have skills:
Experience working with external survey data sources such as Radford or Comptryx.
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits policies and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven expertise in Excel or Google sheet.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have skills:
Knowledge of payroll, taxes, and benefits administration for the UK/EU region.
CIPD certification
