Job Description
Davies is currently seeking a Senior People Co-ordinator to join its team on a permanent basis within our Human Resources team in London.
The opportunity:
The Senior People Coordinator will conduct a range of administrative duties within the employee lifecycle and deliver a high quality of service to our clients. They will also be involved with ad-hoc projects throughout the year. They will work alongside the Senior People Manager, supporting them and others within the people team.
You will:
Manage all records on our HRIS including creating and updating records.
Assist with creating and presenting HR KPIs, including trend analysis.
Use excels functions and formulas to manipulate and interpret data.
Run both monthly and ad hoc reports.
Own the recruitment/onboarding administration such as pre-employment reference checks, preparing and sending employment contracts and generating reference requests.
Own all offboarding administration.
Oversee and train the People Coordinator where necessary.
Assist the people managers with annual projects.
Monitor absences, identifying any issues and escalating where necessary.
Monitor review and update people policies and templates, ensuring these are in line with current legislation.
Assist with managing the family leave processes for all employees, including maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave.
Assist with processing flexible working requests.
Assist with running exit interviews, collating and reporting feedback.
Administer support of annual processes such as salary review, bonuses, and benefit renewal.
Assist with monthly induction updates.
Minute take during meetings such as grievance/disciplinary cases.
Assist with compliance training via the learning hub.
Experience:
Have or be working towards a CIPD qualification.
Have 2-3 years of people experience within professional services.
Strong interest/skillset in data.
Work methodically and effectively under pressure.
Open positive, pragmatic, and collaborative in nature
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Pro-active and uses initiative.
Strong written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office, strong excel skills preferable.
Ability to deal with sensitive and complex issues with complete confidentiality.
Align with Davies’ key values.
Experience of Sage would be beneficial.
Warm and sociable personal style, approachable with good sense of humour.
