Reporting into the Global Head of HR, you will have a real impact on the HR agenda for the European region and work collaboratively on wider global HR initiatives. Client DetailsGlobal FMCG BusinessDescriptionAs the Senior People Business Partner for Europe you will:Partner with global HR to develop and implement global HR processes and initiativesPartnering with the business to understand needs and objectivesDrive and implement organisational design, change management, effective communication, and engagement strategiesAdvise on HR policies and proceduresImplementing talent management and succession planning strategiesSupporting the development and delivery of HR projectsCollaborating with the wider Global HR team to ensure consistency and best practiceProfileA successful Senior People Business Partner should have:CIPD qualification or equivalentPrevious experience within FMCG/Manufacturing or similar sectorStrong Business Partnering skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to influence and drive changeKnowledge of HR policies and best practice Excellent Stakeholders Management Job Offer£65k - 70k FTE - the role is being offered on a part time (25-30hrs) Permanent basisGreat Benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentHybrid working with flexibility on the days worked per week (based on 25-30 hours)
