What You Need to Succeed
- Advanced Payroll Expertise: Extensive experience in start-to-end UK payroll processing.
- System Implementation Skills: Ability to manage payroll systems and implement changes effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with HR Shared Services, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance, Compliance, and Risk teams.
- Vendor Management: Competence in handling payroll and related vendors.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of UK employment legislation, including pensions, expenses, P11Ds, and Benefits payroll administration.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Compliance and Tax Knowledge: Strong grasp of payroll compliance and tax calculations related to specific pay elements.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
