A New exciting opportunity for a Senior Payroll specialist with a Global leading company"

Profits have grown substantially over the last 3 years and they are certainly not about to stop here….. with sites in the UK and Poland. They also operate in the US and Australia.

In this standalone role you'll oversee and manage the entire payroll process on a monthly basis, making sure that salaries, hours, over time, sickness or deductions are all processed accurately. Part of your role will include reviewing and auditing payroll reports in Excel spreadsheets, identifying any errors and amending when spotted.

You're happy staying updated on changes in tax laws, labour regulations and any other relevant legislation which affects payroll, you'll implement the changes as and when required. This may mean attending online or face to face training sessions.

You're an excellent communicator, and you are recognised by colleagues and employers for your people skills, and you have plenty of examples to share. Its important in this role that your colleagues can approach you knowing that you will do your best to help and gain a result. You hold a positive energy about you, happy to get to know the business as well as internal and external teams you will work closely with.

You'll analyse data relating to Payroll, compensation, and benefits, identify where the quick fixes are as well as make recommendations and suggestions for the long-term changes needed. You'll be confident to prepare and present your reports to management this does not phase you.
