Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a Senior Payroll Advisor to join the business on a permanent basis.

The Role:
Payroll:
Execute end-to-end payroll processing for UK and Ireland, ensuring accurate and timely payment of all employees.
Maintain relationships with payroll third-party suppliers across relevant locations.
Provide backup support for US and CAD payrolls.
Assist in global payroll processing for additional countries as the company expands.
Stay informed about legislative and tax changes, implementing best practices for compliance.
Keep payroll systems updated with employee changes, including new hires, terminations, and bank details.
Assist with secondee data management and changes.
Generate regular and ad hoc management information and payroll reports.
Provide support to employees for payroll and benefits inquiries through the Culture & People inbox.
Assist with annual processes such as P60, P11D, and other required filings.
Process Earlier Year Updates (EYUs) and ensure timely submission and payments.
Assist with internal and external payroll audits, Operational Resilience, and other related tasks.
