Job Description The Senior Payroll Advisor key responsibilities will be: Responsible for the end-to-end processing of the monthly payroll for around 1,000 employeesPayroll data including - new starters, leavers, salary/FTE changes, benefits changes, ad hoc pay adjustments, bank detail changesMonthly benefit reconciliation, reconciling the benefits and payroll records to identify any employee benefit changes and discrepanciesCalculating the payroll / discrepanciesKnowledge of PAYE/NI/other payroll deductionsProcessing of P45's, P60'sRTI submissionsGroup pension reconciliation The Successful Applicant The successful candidate MUST have: Extensive payroll backgroundSAP Payroll - desirable (not essential)Knowledge of PAYE/NIAdvanced Excel skills - reporting for payroll journal/reconciliationAbility to work independently What's on Offer The successful candidate benefits include:Up to 45k25+8 bank holiday Pension Hybrid working9-5.30 (Monday-Friday) 1 hour lunchDeath in serviceCritical IllnessLife AssuranceFlexibleworking
