Job DescriptionManage end-to-end payroll processes for the company.Coordinate with HR for any changes in pay, benefits, or taxes.Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions.Compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.Prepare payroll reports for management review.Respond to payroll-related queries from employees.Collaborate with the accounting team for reconciliation purposes.Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Payroll Advisor should have:An educational background in Finance, Accounting or related field.Strong understanding of payroll systems and processes.Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.Proficiency in using payroll software.Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills to liaise with staff and management.
