Are you an experienced Payroll professional looking for a new challenge?Do you have experience of running end to end payrolls within a Bureau or Practice environment?Reporting to the Payroll Manager the role will provide a full payroll service including auto enrolment pension management to a wide range of clients using Sage.Duties will include:
* Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls in a timely manner
* Processing complex payrolls
* Manual calculations of SSP, SMP, SPP
* Completion of any forms for DWP if required
* Liaising with clients regarding any payroll queries
* Production of packs of reports
* Maintenance of the work schedule
* Issuing online payslips
* Prepare banking to pass on to senior management
* Upload pensions and liaise with providers
* Year end reports
* Assist managers in preparing quotes for cyclical re-enrolment process
* Supporting other team members as neededPerson specification :
* High volume payroll experienced gained within a bureau
* Upto date knowledge of payroll legislation
* Excellent communications skills
* Advanced excel skills
