Are you an experienced Client Payroll Administrator who can handle a large portfolio of clients?
JGA are working with a leading chartered accountancy practice who are looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to assist with their growing portfolio of clients.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Process weekly, bi-weekly, monthly payrolls accurately and on time, including complex payrolls
- Calculate and verify SSP, SMP, SPP; complete DWP forms as needed
- Review client data, raise queries to ensure information accuracy
- Run reports from payroll system for manager review, re-run if required
- Handle BACS submission paperwork and pension provider uploads
- Generate year-end reports, issue P60s to employees
- Mentor and provide guidance to payroll team members as needed
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in a client/payroll bureau setting
- Advanced Excel proficiency to handle data and reporting
- Extensive experience with high-volume payroll operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of statutory payments regulations and compliance
