Benefits of our Senior Medical Receptionist:
Work life balance shifts of 4-day a week starting 7.30am to 5.30pm and 1 or 2 in 4 Saturday's. (over time is available as and when required).
£23,598 - £28,677 salary.
28 days including bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
Bonus 1 - June - potential to earn up to 5% individual performance related bonus.
Bonus 2 - January - potential to earn up to 5% hospital/company related bonus.

Responsibilities:
Effectively manage a team of patient co-ordinators
To ensure the management of medical records both active and archived is in line with the Records Management Code of Practice for Health and Social Care 2016
To lead by example and deliver exemplary customer service
To promote our in-house patient feedback programme and NHS Choices
Work alongside patient services lead in respect to all aspects of the department
Working closely with hospital managers to ensure effective communication
Completing administration tasks at request of hospital and area managers
Travel to other locations as required
To adhere to all health and safety procedures
To ensure all housekeeping stock is within levels and ordered correctly
