Working within a Parts Department of an Automotive franchise approved car dealership you can expect a fast-paced environment and as a Senior Parts Advisor/Parts Manager you will play an integral cog in the success of the business.The successful Senior Parts Advisor/Parts Manager will be:An experienced Senior Parts Advisor/Parts Manager with a previous working experience in a busy Parts Department.A strong Communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General PublicAn ability to provide an excellent level of customer serviceExperience in using Motor Trade Parts SystemsAs a Senior Parts Advisor you will be responsible for dealing with trade and retail customers regarding parts enquiries ensuring that all parts orders are accurately identified, promptly picked and dispatched.
