Senior Parts Advisor

Our client is a prestige dealership who is looking to recruit a forward thinking, motivated and experienced Senior Parts Advisor
to lead and manage the department on a daily basis, and reporting to the General Manager. This is working in superb premises for a strong brand. Out client is looking for someone who can demonstrate being a leader of people. You will need to have a strong knowledge on Parts KPIs and processes, whilst being an excellent communicator and people person. You will be responsible for the Parts Advisors and all of the daily functions within the department.Senior Parts Advisor Role:To oversee the parts department operationTo co-ordinate the receipt and return of manufacturers goodsTo ensure goods received are dispatch or stocked on a daily basisTo ensure that all stock is received, checked and properly storedTo ensure that all parts and accessories are correctly binned and accurately recordedTo select items accurately, progress and dispatch orders efficientlyTo order parts and accessories, under the direction and supervision of the Aftersales ManagerTo ensure that the parts departments records are kept up to dateMaintain accurate cash and credit controlsAbout You:Previous experience of working with a main dealer Parts DepartmentGood organisational skillsGood customer care skillsIdeally to have Kerridge / ADP experienceTo be able to motivate and lead by exampleThis Senior Parts Advisor package is offering a basic salary up to £31K OTE up to £38K25 Days Holiday + Bank HolidayLife Assurance
