We’re looking for an energetic, experienced Marketing Manager to join our Global Partner Marketing Team to co-ordinate and scale multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs to drive awareness, engagement and accelerate partner sales opportunities.As a strategic marketer with an excellent track record, you’ll employ a multitude of tactics and platforms to proactively drive, develop and execute programs and events to support the complete partner lifecycle. Programswill include partner recruitment, onboarding,enablement,and ongoing engagement,targetingdefinedpersonas and audiences.A passionate, results-driven project manager, you’ll be focused on elevating the partner program and ensuring our marketing programs (from content, events, webinars to paid/digital advertising, email, etc) are handled expertly, from strategy to execution, providing best practice guidelines and identifying opportunities for growth.Proactively define,drive,and execute scalablemarketing programs and campaigns by leveraging marketing automation, the PRM (Partner Relationship Management) and other digital channels. You’ll ensure the whole process runs smoothly and on time.Work with the GTM campaign team to develop and deliver channel friendly campaigns, content and programs, in close collaboration with product marketing and region partner marketing teams.Ensure all regional campaigns are aligned totheglobal campaign priorities. Where appropriate, localize and personalize messaging and tactics foroptimalengagement.Develop and implement attractivepartner marketing incentives and enablement programs for priority partners.Ensure flawlessplanningand execution of partner focused events – fromourannual sales kick off, partner conference,education,and enablement summits, to more informal partner meet ups and industry events.Manage and report marketing performance of programs and campaignsacross all channels for ongoing optimisationand ROI.What will help you succeedIdeally degree level education, preferably in relation to a Marketing discipline.Extensive experience inpartner/alliance marketing experience with B2B software/high tech/SaaS company, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.Partner program and partner lifecycle insight and knowledge.Working knowledge of marketing automation and martech such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Zift and Asana but you’ll be fully supported by the Global Operations Team.Must be an independent, flexible self-starter with high-energy and a growth mindset who can build rapport and drive execution with multiple teams.Able to work across times zones, requiring some flexible working hours when needed.Some ad-hoc travel required for events and planning meetings.English language skills are mandatory, other languages are a huge benefit.Dynatrace believes that potential is defined by more than qualifications or background.
