Job DescriptionPosition Overview:We are looking for a motivated and analytical Paid Search Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of experience in managing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising platforms. As a Paid Search Executive, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing paid search strategies to drive performance and achieve client objectives.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords and opportunities for expansion.Write compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives and drives engagement.Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and ROI.Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search advertising.Collaborate with the account management team to develop integrated digital marketing strategies for clients.Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, explaining campaign results and recommending strategic adjustments.Requirements:Minimum 18 months of experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably within an agency environment.Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and team members.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and results.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.Preferred Qualifications:Google Ads certification and/or Bing Ads accreditation.Experience with other digital marketing channels such as paid social, display advertising, or SEO.Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.Familiarity with bid management tools and automation platforms.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.Collaborative and supportive team environment that fosters growth and learning.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.If you are passionate about paid search advertising and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, we’d love to hear from you!
