Are you a results-driven Performance Media Analyst with a passion for driving impact campaigns? Join our clients dynamic team in Leeds and play a pivotal role in defining and executing paid search media strategies across our diverse client portfolio.Job SummaryAs a Performance Media Analyst, you'll collaborate with a talented team to craft and implement high-performing paid search campaigns, driving success across a range of accounts. You'll thrive on solving complex problems, exceeding collective agency goals, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. Your role will be multifaceted, involving close collaboration with colleagues from various media departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and top-notch client service. With an innovative mindset, you'll continuously seek opportunities to enhance campaigns, optimize performance, and elevate our agency's offerings.RequirementsDemonstrated experience managing annual budgets exceeding £1m per client.Proven track record in paid search, with a minimum of 3 years' experience across Google and Bing platforms.Google AdWords certification and strong knowledge of the Google stack, including SA360 and Campaign Manager.Ability to lead and inspire teams, while also fostering strong client relationships.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to decode digital jargon for clients and stakeholders.Proactive and forward-thinking approach to work, with a keen eye for emerging trends and technologies in digital media.Familiarity with key tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, SEMrush, and more.If this sound like something you or someone you know might be interested in then please get in touch ASAP.
